EasyMail is designed for
the digital communications in companies and larger organizations. With this
system, you can create and send personalized newsletters up to tens of
thousands of recipients. EasyMail can also be used in mobile marketing and, by adding a module, also in
sending text messages.
This user-friendly system has been developed in close cooperation with
experienced PR and communication experts.
Designing page templates
We will design page templates in line with the company's look. These templates are then made ready-to-use by testing them with tens of different mailing systems. We can also create several different templates for different purposes.
Newsletter recipient records
With EasyMail, you can have several different recipient records and thus personalize messages to certain different groups. We can also load you existing recipient records as Excel files into the system.
Recipient updates
Every EasyMail comes with a web page for ordering and cancelling the message. The web page can also include a category, in which you can choose different messages to different recipient groups.
Reports
Each letter produces easy-to-read statistics with numbers of page loads, non-functional addresses and how many clicks each link in the letter received.
Information security and back-up versions
We actively maintain EasyMail, just as the EasyPage publishing system. Our servers are located within fire safe operator-level server premises. We also pay constant attention to information security. On a daily basis, we take back-up versions and locate them into physically different locations so that you can be sure that your information is always secured.
A developing system
EasyMail is operated as Application Service Provisioning. ASP enables close monitoring and safety back-ups, as well as the continuous development. And as we develop EasyMail, our clients with the system automatically get the latest features free of charge.
User support
We always train our clients on how to use EasyMail, and offer them a support site with illustrative answers to the most common questions on how the system works.
